PMS-4 Pur Moulding System (Sealant)

The Pur Moulding System, PMS-4, is a fast curing polyurethane sealant designed for fixing inset lights into airfield runways, taxiways and aprons and for sealing cable slots.

It is ideal for use in both bitumen and concrete surfaces.

Lights and cables can be sealed cleanly and promptly and the surface can normally be used by traffic within the time that it takes for the technicians to pack up their tools and clean off the area.

Extended unavailability of runways, aprons and taxiways due to the prolonged curing time of conventional sealants is a thing of the past when PMS-4 is used as the sealant.

(“Pur” is the Swedish word for pure)

It is preferable to apply PMS-4 with the semi-automatic Zel-Aaren mixing machine.

Semi-automatic mixing machines are available for both the PMS-4 and Quick Seal compounds.

While the machines are similar, separate machines are required for the application of the PMS-4 and Quick Seal compounds.
