The original plan for a 5 year Airport market penetration was quickly shortened. Within 2 years, runways at both Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport and Canberra Airport were equipped with LRA supplied airfield light fittings. Since then various other airports have sourced their airfield lighting through LRA. Aircraft docking systems have been installed by LR Agencies at most major Australian airports.

The Airfield Equipment Division flourishes on an increasing growth curve with European and now North American equipment manufacturers seeking representation in Australia through LRA.
